Woodstock Copperworks started in 1999 with the creation of our first product, a solid copper Gardentorch designed in the tiki style. Brothers Keith and Todd Wolgamuth along with Keith’s wife Diane and the help of a few family members began building torches and other flame lighting products out of two small garages in Woodstock, NY and Hinckley, OH. Demand grew and the company became known in the garden and gift industry with an increasing presence at industry trade shows and in trade magazines.

Gradually yet steadily we have developed and widened our product lines and offerings, constantly responding to changing market conditions and demands. In an effort to keep the price points reasonable in a time of increasing copper prices, we moved the production of the line overseas. Also, along with our lifetime line of solid copper products, we offer beautiful antique copper plated steel versions at modest price levels. As with gift items in general, there are strong markets at both price points.

Another notable change in our strategy will be a decreased presence at industry trade shows. The cost of travel and exhibiting tends to be quite significant and ultimately drives the cost of the product. We respect that many of our retailers are also responding to the changes and economic pressures of the industry and trying to find more efficient ways of evaluating and sourcing product, so you may see less of us out there, but we will be giving you buying incentives here on our site in lieu of show specials, so don’t miss out!

Woodstock Copperworks is still a small family run business but with the help of our associated factories overseas, we have the ability to be competitive in our markets and still service our customers with a personal touch. We look forward to working with you!

All The Best!
